Here are the documents required to register a company in Zimbabwe:

Proposed company name(s)

You will need to provide 3-5 proposed company names.
The names must be unique and not already registered in Zimbabwe.
You can check the availability of company names on the Zimbabwe Companies Registry website.

Business objectives

You will need to provide a brief description of your company’s business activities.
This description will be included in your company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Directors information

You will need to provide the following information for each director:
- Full name(s) and surname as shown on their government-issued identity documents
- National identity number or passport number
- Official address
- Any former names

Shareholders information

You will need to provide the following information for each shareholder:
- Full name(s) and surname as shown on their government-issued identity documents
- Contact address (residential or other address)
- Nature of control, i.e., the share percentage of each shareholder

Company addresses and email

You will need to provide the following addresses for your company:
- Physical address in Zimbabwe
- Postal address
- Email address

Application fee

You will need to pay an application fee of ZWL 1,080.00.

In addition to these documents, you may also need to provide additional documentation depending on the specific circumstances of your company. For example, if your company is a foreign company, you will need to provide a Certificate of Incorporation from your home country.
